Father's Day Party

We had a lot going on the last few weeks and we didn't have a chance to do very much for Father's Day. So, yesterday we surprised Daddy by throwing him a Father's Day party! He came home from work and the first thing he saw was four balloons tied to the mail box. When he walked to the front door there was a sign that said "We have the best Daddy". He was very surprised!

For dinner we made him a special meal and got out the good china. We even had sparkling grape juice in special glasses. We also decorated the kitchen for him and put up signs.

As a gift we got Daddy some DVDs and we all watched them together and eat his favorite snacks! I think He had a really good time and so do we!

Happy Father's Day

I did not have a chance to say anything about Father's Day last Sunday because we were so busy. So, I would like to take a chance to talk about it now.
It was nice to be able to have not only my father but also both of my Grandfathers here on Father's Day. That was a very special blessing for us. I know that is uncommon to have all your Fathers together, at once, on that day.
I am so thankful for for Daddy. He is such a good spiritual leader in our family. He is also a very loving father. I always feel safe and protected when he is with me. I am so glad God chose him to be my Daddy.
